Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026 · Last updated: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadsAi LLC (“Uncrumble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use uncrumble.app (including the quiz and Resources pages), related web tools, and the Uncrumble mobile app when available.

1. Our privacy posture
- Uncrumble is for caregivers; it is not a product directed at children as primary end users.
- Caregivers may optionally enter a child’s first name or nickname so scripts feel personal. This is optional - not required.
- We avoid exact birthdates, photos, biometrics, medical records, diagnoses, and government IDs.
- We prefer coarse categories (age band, challenge tags) plus any optional nickname the caregiver chooses.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Educational only - not healthcare, not therapy, and not emergency care. We are not a HIPAA covered entity.
2. Information we may collect
You may provide
Quiz answers (caregiver role, approximate age band, hard moments, challenge tags, desired outcomes), an optional child first name or nickname that caregivers may enter so plan language feels personal (not required - you can skip it or use any label you like), optional free text where a field exists (we discourage identifiable or sensitive content), account/email if accounts exist, and the contents of any support emails you send.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment processor (for example Stripe or Apple’s In-App Purchase). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting and security infrastructure may log technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, and general diagnostic or error logs.
Mobile app data (when available)
The Uncrumble iOS app is designed to keep core experience available offline and privacy-preserving by default. Local preferences and progress are intended to remain on-device unless a later networked feature is explicitly introduced.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our platform providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to run the site (session continuity, security, load balancing) or, if enabled, to understand basic traffic. Blocking some cookies may affect site function.
3. Information we do not intentionally collect
Uncrumble is engineered not to request or require:
- Government ID numbers (for example SSN / national ID);
- Driver’s license or state ID images;
- Biometric identifiers (face templates, fingerprints, voiceprints, iris/retina scans);
- Identifiable health or medical information (diagnoses, medications, treatment or insurance records).
We do not require a child’s legal last name or full legal identity, exact date of birth, photos/video/voice of a child for model training or product identity, or location tracking for advertising. A caregiver may optionally provide a child’s first name or nickname to personalize plan language - this is disclosed, optional, and can be any label the caregiver chooses.
Please do not paste medical records, insurance details, government IDs, or other highly sensitive information into quiz fields or support emails.
4. How we use information
- Provide, personalize, and improve the quiz, plan, curriculum, SOS tools, and related content;
- Operate, secure, and debug the website and app;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions when paid features are enabled;
- Respond to support requests;
- Send transactional messages and, with appropriate consent or as allowed by law, marketing emails - you can opt out at any time;
- Enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect rights, safety, and security;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
5. How we share information
Service providers
Vendors that help us run Uncrumble - website hosting and app-building platforms, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, email and support tools, and coarse product analytics if enabled. These providers may use information only to perform services for us or as required by law.
Legal & safety
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud or security incidents.
Business transfers
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
We do not sell children’s personal information.
6. Children’s privacy
Uncrumble is directed to adults and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and children should not use the product as the primary user. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, email hello@uncrumble.app and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7. Not medical care; emergencies
Uncrumble provides educational parenting skills and self-help support tools. It does not diagnose conditions, provide therapy or treatment, replace qualified professional care, or act as an emergency response system.
If a child or anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. For emotional crisis support in the US, call or text 988.
8. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and our stage of product maturity. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use unique passwords where accounts exist and keep device OS software updated.
10. International users
Uncrumble is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
11. Your privacy choices & rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete certain information;
- obtain a portable copy;
- object to or restrict certain processing;

12. Third-party links & research resources
Our site may link to third-party research organizations, crisis resources, or external sites (for example PCIT International, HealthyChildren.org, 988lifeline.org). Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies. Linking does not mean endorsement of Uncrumble by those organizations.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take additional steps as appropriate. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
